Lennin and his co-worker were absolutely professional! They were so kind and warm. The office communicated wonderfully about when the guys would show up and Lennin communicated everything that was needed for the job and why. And in terminology I could understand haha! The entire experience was pleasant, from the initial phone call all the way through the arrival of the technician and subsequent repair. Their technician was very polite, professional, neat, courteous, and appeared to be highly skilled. I feel like he had my best interest in mind. They were quick to arrive, and a slew of spare parts available on the service truck. That reduced the likelihood of having to come back. Oneway is one of the absolute best companies I have ever dealt with in any industry in my life! I have used them several times in two different houses for jobs ranging from maintenance to full installation of a system. There work quality, customer service, timeliness, care and concern, and even price are unparalleled. We were very impressed with the professionalism of both the office staff and technician ! Not only did he fix thermostat and install our new ones; he found a part that was not properly connected (from a different company) and fixed that and explained what he was doing and why!

Very Disappointing Experience. After waiting a week with no a/c in 95 degree heat for them to have a unit shipped in, they sent out a damaged unit and then did not honor their offer. We now have a "new" unit that we paid full price for that has replacement parts and does not have the manufactures label or serial number on the unit. The whole process was a circus and completely not worth the headache. Only positive was installer was nice.
Highly recommend using another company that cares about their customers a little more and takes care of business much better.

Our tech, Toby Melendez, arrived when he said he would, performed a speedy evaluation of our A/C, made the necessary repairs and servicing, and, most importantly, did not try to upsell us a new unit or unneeded equipment. The price was affordable (as such things go), certainly cheaper than a new hvac system, and One Way was the only A/C service in town that would even touch a mobile home unit. Give these guys your business.
