Construction Process of 4000 SQFT of new construction and 20,000 SQFT of existing building remodel. Building Expansion at existing main location. Design-Build project. We were in charge of doing the Construction Documents as well as the Construction Project. We were in charge of a Design-Build process: From the Design Phase until its completion following the criteria of 2 franchises, V's Barbershop and Suavecito's.
We have been assisting to the growth and profit of this industry with multiple services such as: Design, FF&E, HVAC and Electrical and to different departments: Casino Operations, Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Facility, Housekeeping, Special Projects, and others. Construction work to remodel a space into a 6100 SFT restaurant, located at Town Square, Las Vegas Nevada. Hired by Simon Group and Titan Branding we were in charge of the complete remodel of the space to build this wonderful restaurant in Henderson NV. We have completed a substantial remodel in 75 days.
