Malpede Construction is a full-service General Contractor specializing in both residential and commercial projects. Tom Malpede, a former Fremont police officer, grew up surrounded by the construction business. His father was and architect and a general contractor, who's personality, passion, and drive made him well known for his buildings, homes, and design awards.

We started our business focused on the residential market and it continues to be one of the driving factors to our success. Since 1995 we have completed too many projects to list on the site but below we have tried to list a variety of different jobs for you to view to get a taste for our work. We have completed quite a few kitchen (not only for restaurants) but for residential homes.
