A neighbor recommended Manning Mechanical, where he insisted they were ON TIME, professional, and respected his property. Based on his endorsement, we called and received the same type of professionalism (Good Sign). So today we had a water heater installed. I appreciated the
two man team timely installation.

Jamaal was the 3rd technician sent out by DTE to take a look at my furnace that was making a loud noise when starting up. They were not from your company. One of them told me I was paranoid and hearing things. Jamaal cleaned the furnace and found the problem. He ordered the parts and called to make sure we had heat as the parts were taking a while to get in. He installed the parts and now my furnace is running quietly as it should. He was very polite and took the time to explain to me what caused the problem and why the "fix" would take care of it. Will ask for your company anytime I have a future

Critical: Professionalism
The worst customer service experience I have had in a while. From how they answer the telephone to how disrespectful they were to me made me glad I didn't use their service. Each time I had to reach back to them although I stated this was an emergency is what frustrated me. Didn't want to give them a single star.

For so many years I have recommended Manning Mechanical to my friends based on the fact that I have known Carlin Manning for some years now, and his level of professionalism and knowledge was a no brainer when someone asked me for a reference. My friends began referring him to others and I would get these calls, if he just happened by someone I knew, and they would say "guess who's at my house and doing a fine job?"

Our old low efficiency boiler was past it's useful life and transitioning to boiler heaven. Manning was quick to respond to our request for an estimate and setup an install. They answered all questions and delivered as they said on installation day. Great service from all the team members and we're very satisfied with the end product. Manning Mechanical provided excellent service. Mr. Manning was very knowledgeable about heating systems. Very professional, patient, answered all of our questions. Reliable, all parts of the estimate and installation process occured on schedule. Our new heating system works perfectly. The company called the day after our system was installed to make sure everything was working properly. We have already told our friends and family about this wonderful company!
