Poor communication!!! Contracted and signed and left down payment with this builder in May/June of 2017 with a start date of just after 4th of July. In August we began contacting them to see when our real start date would be. After threatening a lawyer, construction of my deck started in Sept 2017 and ended the Friday after Thanksgiving! 2 winters ago we noticed the deck started buckling and reached out a few more times to have them look at what the issue is. After numerous texts and phone calls I received a response last winter of “I’ll stop out to see it”. But that too never happened. I
