Miguel Torres helped me get my insurance to pay for roof on my home. I filed a claim and the first time adjuster only paid out $87 for a leak and wall damage in my home. Miguel advises me to file a second claim and he came to my home and walked with the same insurance adjuster and got me enough to cover my new cost for my new roof. We did not have good experience at all. They didn't have our roof dryed in and rained. We had leaking throughout our home. More than original repair. Had to replace sheetrock throughout our home. Mud and texturing is poorly done. Paint and stucco don't match. What should have been 2 weeks turned out to be months. Not reliable to show up when said they would. Not happy with the work at all.

This company really is abusive when it comes to insurance claims. They made my father (an elderly gentleman) sign a contract telling him he was signing only to make the insurance claim and that it would be his choice if he used them. Well now 3 month later they r sending a outstanding balance collection letter because he didn’t use their service. Asking for 20% of the estimated cost but when they do the math they at billing for 80%!!!!
DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.... they are out for get your money.

Just had our (Eagle Security, LLC) roof replaced by Torres Construction and could not be happier the work they did. Not only were they prompt but all staff was courteous and their work ethic was fantastic. All work was done within the specified time frame and they went above my expectations on the fine details.
