Buyers beware. PM Construction builds substandard homes and does not uphold legal documents that were signed at closing.
We purchased our townhouse built by PM Construction three years ago. Since that time we have uncovered over $70,000 of construction defects that include three undisclosed code violations. These have been documented by professional opinions independent of the house inspector's report. Among other things, there is water intrusion and penetration around windows and decking.
