Initially things didn't go right but Jason Glassow, Director of Operations, made things right. Jason was very honest and made proper accommodations.
Very very respectful and customer oriented. You don't see too many companies going out of thier way to meet the customers concern but he went above and beyond to meet my needs.
Excel Air offered additional accommodation with repairs, replacements, and top customer experience.

This is the best company to have your furnace replaced. We had several bids and when it came down to which company offered the most honest & most reasonable work and price, ExelAir was far and away the winner. We accepted their bid and our unit was installed the next day. Very professional and friendly….this is the second time using ExelAir, you won’t be disappointed….

Excel Air came to our home mid July to remove our AC unit (so a contractor could come in and do repairs from a leak we had). Long story short, lots of problems with the other companies we had to work with. Our contractor sub-contracted a company to repair and re-install the AC. They did a horrible job. When they were done, they told me not to use the AC as it still was not working well. Never hear from them again.
I called Excel and they came out right away. Jason sent in a quote to the insurance that day. As soon as it was approved, he and his team were on it to get us back up and running. Juan

Our AC unit became inoperative. Excel had a technician arriving the next day. When does that happen? Within an hour the unit was running and has been working fine since. The technician spent the time explaining the problem and the fix. Also did a freon check and added some. Price was fair. I have used this business before and was pleased.....I recommend this business

Chuck Leonard came to inspect our HVAC system on 8/6/21. We had, had some problems with some of the rooms not cooling as well as others, and also had questions about some debris coming from one of the vents. He was extremely thorough and checked every area that we had questions on. His inspection of our property and all areas of our system were outstanding and once he was done our system was in perfect working order, he also was meticulous in making sure everything was clean and in perfect working order. Would definitely recommend the service from ExcelAir and recommend Chuck to service your system

This is such a great company who gives wonderful service. The technician came on Monday morning and we determined that our 41 year old air con was not repairable. Steve, the salesman, worked us into his schedule that afternoon and thoroughly explained our options, we signed the paperwork and the whole system was installed on Wednesday. The installers were on time, cleaned up and now we have air and heat for the winter. My husband and I highly recommend Excel Air - and a big shout out to the lead installer, Miguel, and his crew!

We interviewed 3 companies to replace our aging A/C and heater. Excel offered a great solution, backed up with evidence about the efficiency of the chosen systems. They have been nothing but professional, including the original install, as well as the annual maintenance. Just had Steven come to do the annual for our heater; he was courteous, very aware of COVID and wore appropriate protective gear, and he was friendly.
