Dan from Steam Team did an excellent job on the carpets throughout our house! First, they've got a helpful website and Dan promptly called me back when I left a message inquiring about his company. He thoroughly answered all my questions and was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. He arrived on time and took plenty time to hear my expectations and then explained the process and products. Then he went to work and he worked hard, pre spotting trouble spots and going over traffic areas more than one time. His biggest challenge was my husband's recliner which I had not

Had an appointment to get some carpets cleaned and the woman that came out was at first pleasant and then asked if she could take her shoes off since we don't allow shoes on in the house and then she said that they do not go into houses without their shoes on and that they could leave if we didn't want them to do the cleaning with shoes on, I didn't reply for a couple seconds (thinking about picking up rugs to allow them to walk) and then she replied "fine! We're leaving. Thanks for letting us drive out for nothing!" and stormed out and slammed my storm door. I don

Rita and Michael have been cleaning our carpet and furniture for awhile now. They are a pleasure to work with. Super friendly and very professional. They are always on time and you can count on a phone call before they are heading your way. Prices are great and quality of work is AWESOME!! They work really hard to make sure we are satisfied. They will walk through and survey the carpet first. Then they will get setup which do not take them long.
They are also very quick but yet effective. Drying time is fast and the carpet always smell so fresh and feel so clean. We certainly appreciate that
