I had my basement finished in fall 2019 by Mark and his team. This year, I experienced a leak in one of the plumbing connections which damaged drywall, insulation, etc. and within a week of reaching out, the team was back on-site and redid the work for free, as the work had been guaranteed for 2 years. Thank you Mark for standing by your workmanship warranty and for prioritizing the fix, I appreciate it! It looks good as new!

Hogan Construction partnered with Fireplace Warehouse to install a new fireplace in my home. These two companies worked seamlessly together and completed the project in 2.5 weeks. The overall quality of the work was outstanding and the staff were professional, knowledgeable and had a great customer service approach, meeting and exceeding my expectations. My elderly parents hired this company and had nothing but problems from day one. The project took months longer than expected. The “contractors” he hires are not qualified. Many items needed to be redone several times. When he claimed the project was complete it clearly was not, another month of work done. Since they “finished” the job my parents have since had to hire someone else to come fix, electrical, floors, cabinets, doors and more. The contractor will not return her calls. Do not use this company!!!

I contacted Mark at Hogan Construction for a bid about remodeling the deck off my master bedroom. The deck was a mess and had been since we purchased our house 7 1/2 years ago, we were told that you "take your life in your hands" by standing on it prior to purchasing the home. We are getting ready to list our home and I had not been able to find someone to rebuild the deck or be able to fix it quickly.
