We have a 4 unit rental and the cinderblock foundation had caved in and one side of the property had begun to sink. Universal was the only company that talked to us like real humans and did not put us through a ridiculous sales pitch. We had a ballpark number within 1 hr of emailing them and the repair was completed within 3 weeks. The entire property was jacked up and they removed and rebuilt the entire foundation wall.

Built us a 1,300 sq/ft addition, there was a delay in getting windows & doors but other than that the project went great. They worked with us on our product selections and even though they ran into a bunch of extra work due to rotted wood and foundation problems, they fixed them for no extra cost because we pulled a loan and didn't have any money. Very professional.

In response to another post I made here are recent pictures of how my house was left. These pictures were taken 8/12/21 on work that was started October 2020. There are pieces of siding missing. When I posted another review and asked for the work to be completed I was basically told to F off. How is it acceptable to leave a project like this and say it is done. If you want work done right and timely you should look elsewhere.
