If you own a cape or colonial home with bedrooms on the second floor but no bathroom, you know how inconvenient this is. Nothing adds value as well as convenience to your home like a new dormer bathroom. This project in Warwick was a typical cape, with 2 bedrooms upstairs but no bath. Green Hill Development and Construction added a full bath dormer, new siding, and new roof.
