Roofing vent leaks are always a problem and can cause serious water damage, mold and moisture, and/or wood rot, which could lead to roof and structural damage. Vent pipes are installed by cutting through the roof and around the pipe. This area is then covered by a rubber boot. Doing so covers the area between the vent boot and the pipe before any roofing can be performed.

My husband and I own apartments of which three buildings were ready for reroofing. We were becoming a little discouraged because we were having a hard time finding contractors to show up or even return a bid. Luckily a house across the street from us was getting reroofed so we inquired about a contact. The owner Cory called the next day and had us an estimate within three days .Once we got together and worked out the details and the samples he had the materials delivered the next morning and his crew started the next day. First class! Corey communicated entirely throughout the project. The crew were friendly. Started promptly and worked all day to complete this job in one day. Added vented ridge cap and lighter shingles. The change to my roof dramatically gave me a cooler home. The work looks very sharp. Crew left job site very clean and tidy. Cory was detailed and specific in his bidding process, the best in his pricing, easy to work with, and quick to respond.
His crew worked fast and diligently, never wasting time; they each had an outstanding work ethic, and didn't really take breaks until the project they were working on was completed. They cleaned up completely after they were done. The finished roof is the best.

Cory and his Team with Ensign Roofing were fabulous to work with. We received our estimate on July 7th. We worked directly with Cory while trying to choose a shingle color. Cory was very patient and accommodating in providing us with multiple shingle samples and allowing us to drive by some of their projects to see the shingles in a large scale. Once the color was decided upon, our roof was completed just a week later on July 25th. The crew that did our roof was professional and hard working and they took great care in cleaning up the yard upon completion of the job. We are very happy with the
