I called 5 heating and cooling businesses in the area and Chesapeake Heating and Air (name is changing from After Hours) was the only one willing to squeeze me into their schedule on the same day. They were extremely kind, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them and their knowledge. They’re great at what they do and their customer service is top notch!

Highly recommend After Hours Heating & Cooling for their professional knowledge. I have used Brian for my HVAC maintenance for a couple years now. He is always fair in his prices and has helped me troubleshoot issues before determining if any technical actions are necessary. Morad is also a friendly and hard-working technician who explains the various tools and methods he uses when diagnosing issues.

Top notch service from estimate to install. Brian was extremely professional and knowledgable helping us troubleshoot the most economical and efficient way to cool our oddly shaped upstairs (Tudor home). We were so happy with the service we had them come back to add a split unit in our FROG. Mary was very helpful and expedient with communicating estimates and scheduling install dates for both units. Install crew was professional and respectful of our home. Highly recommend!
