When we had problems with our system, Scott and Dustin really went above and beyond to help us out. Scott coordinated with us and a local tank casting company, was literally down in the trenches working in the heat along side his employee during the install, and they easily corrected every problem and hiccup our complicated system threw at them. We are very happy with the results and truly appreciative of Scott and the level of professional service he provided.

Fixed unusual drainage problem that two other plumbers were unable to fix. Very nice, professional, responsive and reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with the service and would call them again for any plumbing-related problems.

I had a leaking pipe in my house on a friday morning and needed someone to fix it that day because I didn't want to go the entire weekend without water. I called 4 places, they were all too busy. Then I called Flett. It was around 11am, and asked if he would be available around 4pm since I had to be away from home until then. The guy said he was available, and would be happy to come look at it, and to call him when I was ready for him to come over. I called him 5 times between 3:30 and 4:30. He never answered the phone again, and never responded to the voice mail I left.

Great company. We called a number of recommended local companies looking to get bids for a new drainage field and Flett Plumbing was the only company that returned our calls. It was an extremely busy season for them and Scott was honest and up front about that. Our drain field problem wasn't something that needed immediate attention so we worked together on the scheduling and when the time came they delivered big time with a great system and great service. I'll also note that Scott would always get back with me when I would ask him a question via phone call or txt. I would highly recommend their
