Every great carpet cleaning starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction, and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining. Your carpet will be pre-vacuumed to remove bonded dry soil.
We will take you on a quick trip through our wash process, from pre-wash inspection to finishing work. Each rug is inspected for any pre-existing conditions. Many times, soil covers up dye lot variations (abrash), fiber staining, prior dye bleeding, worn areas or white knots that become "uncovered" after the wash.

We will use electronic sensors to identify all the affected areas and we will saturate these areas with our proprietary deodorizing treatment. The solution work for 30 minutes. Next a special sub-surface extraction tool is used (as seen on the video) that extracts all the way through the carpet padding.
