Echols has fixed my AC and heating. Everyone is professional, helpful, and they respond quickly. My heat went out during the freeze and someone was able to get to me and fix the issue very quickly, which saved me a great deal of stress. They were very responsive. A text was sent each time with the picture of the driver and when he would arrive. They were very professional, did the job they said they would do, were of good value, and cared about the job they did. The whole company comes across with pride for the quality they provide. If that cool Cleveland air starts making your way inside when your heat is on, but you are only handy enough to do minor work and troubleshooting, I would strongly recommend calling Echols Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. I had another service company out for diagnosis (was 30% more for a service call) and was strongly urged to replace my furnace while being up sold product. The technician from Echols, Cody, came in and confirmed we had a bad secondary heat exchange, confirmed it was under warranty with carrier, and then gave me a run down of my options in a very polite and casual manner.
