I have had an exceptional working relationship with Charles Jolly for approximately 12 years. Charles owns and operates Magic Carpet, a carpet and tile cleaning business. Charles also provides emergency response cleanup from floods and leaks. Magic Carpet provides a miriad of carpet and tile related services for both home and commercial customers.
I've been using Magic Carpet Cleaning for several years to clean my personal residence and also as a realtor I have recommended him to clients. In one client's home not only did they do 'magic' to get carpets cleaned that seemed impossible but I told Charles he should change his company name to 'Miracle Carpet Cleaning.'

Charles Jolly, Owner and operator of Magic Carpet Cleaning is by far the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. He works on your carpet until it magically will look new again. He is a specialist on most every stain, and uses top grade cleaners along with the “elbow grease “needed to to remove the stain, whether it is a red wine, red Kool Aid, or pet stain with strong odors. You will be amazed as I have, as I will not have anyone else clean my carpets, tile, or stretch my carpets! He definitely is a Genie that has the magic touch! YOU will NOT be disappointed! He has been doing my carpets

We have used Magic Carpet Cleaning for over 20 years for both our rental properties and our own home. We have always been very happy with their pricing and service.... and we've challenged Charles with some extremely dirty carpets and tile.... he hasn't disappointed us yet! He just cleaned an older, off-white, large, living room carpet for me that I thought we might have to replace - but thanks to Magic Carpet Cleaning - it looks nearly new again! I highly recommend them!

Charles was professional, courteous and polite and did an amazing job on our carpets. Worked with us and gave us a reasonable price for the work completed. Charles gave us options but didn't try to force an upsale. When we need our carpet cleaned in the future we will definitely be calling Magic Carpet Cleaning. Highly recommend.

We have white berber carpet and Keith came and cleaned our carpet he was personable and really took his time and did an awesome job. I could see the difference immediately. He was prompt and courteous. Will we ever use them again? You better believe it.!! Keith worked Magic!! Thank you Magic and Keith job well done!

This is the second time I've used Magic Carpet Cleaning and I was pleased with the service. There were a few pet spots and they not only came up there was no odor left (Charles said they hadn't soaked through to the pad). Even the high traffic areas look close to new. Definitely recommend.
