I knew that I was taking a risk using a company and not an individual, but I wasn’t ready to fully commit and needed some help cleaning. I was willing to overlook the miscommunication that led to us spending an entire day working around their schedule to have our house cleaned if the quality of cleaning was good. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Above and Beyond did a deep cleaning of my mom’s home. She was delighted with how thorough, professional, and kind they were. We have used Above and Beyond for 2 years now. Very impressed with owner Jeremy Smith and his professionalism. When the girls come, they use the same system every time to ensure nothing is missed and they are very efficient. If we have an area that needs extra attention, they are always willing to help out. In the 2 years we have relied on them for dependable service, they have always come when they say they will be there. They always leave our home looking great!

Excellent service. Mr. Jeremy Smith is very organized and proactive. The ladies (Ms. Tocarro, Ms. Nicole & Ms. Ashley) are fantastic. They are not only courteous and friendly but they pay attention to detail. Our house looks almost new every time they leave.
