Trey, Sean and Brett fixed our entire AC in less than a day! Very professional and very quiet process as I was working remotely from home and had no issues with noise. They also left no mess behind. Everything was just as clean as I left it given they have to replace the unit in the attic on the second floor through a bedroom. Highly recommend!!!

As with all skilled trades, you find a good one and you stay loyal. Annison-Bitter falls in that category. Called at 10:30 to schedule service (no heat), they set my window same day for 11:00-2:00, and provided a 20 minute call ahead. Tim showed up on time, very professional and friendly throughout. He was extremely experienced and knew how to quickly isolate the problem and solve it. Definitely recommend!

I called several local companies to help me install my new Nest thermostat, and went with Annison-Bitter since they were BY FAR the most knowledgeable about the device. Within 24 hours of calling, Tim and Caleb, the technicians, were able to come out to my house. Both were very friendly and great to work with. Tim is a fellow techie and had it installed in no time. He knew everything about the Nest, and was able to give me an excellent tutorial.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company!

We have relied on Annison-Bitter on two occasions to install a complete heating and air conditioning system for our homes. Holden was the technician that installed both systems for us. His attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail was tremendous. Every part of the work was completed with the highest workmanship and quality. Holden made sure we installed the best unit for our home and took the time to explain all of the features of the unit. We particularly enjoy the ability to control the unit from our phone when we’re away from home. Their maintenance packages are certainly worth purchasing

So we got a new Hvac unit for the house installed today. Holden Bitter and his crew of 3 showed up at the time they said they would. The crew was professional courteous and hard working. They didn't make a mess and if they did it was cleaned before I saw it. The instructions were easy to understand and they stayed to make sure I understood everything I could about the unit and it operations. Classy guys, great customer service and quality work. Highly recommend these guys.
