After being recommended by champion cleaners to use to clean my sofa cushion covers, I dropped them off 2 weeks ago and told they would be ready 6/16. I arrive to pick them up and 2 employees look confused when they couldn't find them . One comes back to me and apologizes and asks could they deliver these tomorrow, because they arent ready right now. Needless to say I was not happy as well as would not recommend them at this point.

While the gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very friendly, I thought the job was less than adequate. I had cleaned everything out from under the beds and had removed things from nightstands, etc. so they could be lifted and cleaned under and nothing was cleaned under. Nothing was moved no matter how light. My husband was also home and could have assisted with lifting or moving. We did request under the king bed be done because we have animals and he did go in and sort of do that. It is still pretty yuck under there. I just don't think it was a very good job. Guess that's why it was $99. I

I had two bedrooms, one sofa and my stairs cleaned and only the stairs Scotch Guarded for under 200.00.
They called before they came out and showed up on time.
My carpets are older with some old stains. They did a very good job and look 80% better. I didn't expect perfection due to the age of the carpet but I am very Happy with the results. I will use them again.

The guy I was corresponding back and forth with through email, did not have his stuff together. He would respond back to a quote he gave me on previous emails then acted with a take it or leave it attitude, when it was he who was going off the wrong emails. Had heard good things about their service, but if you feel the need to be short with a customer who is wanting to use your services, then why use you..

These are my go-to guys for carpet cleaning. They've cleaned at relatives for me, my house, our office, and rental properties. Always prompt and do an excellent job. Go the extra mile to try and get rough looking places looking new again. They have also cleaned oriental rugs for me. I have taken some to their office and some they were able to clean in-house which is great! I'm sure I will be calling them again soon. Thanks, guys!

Do NOT live up to promises. Do NOT value customers's time. Appointment clerk sent out his crew after TWO conversations detailing what my needs where (red couches are tough) and when his guy arrived he KNEW he couldn't perform the job and that there was no way he could have performed it. This didn't stop them from wasting their crew's time, my extremely limited and valuable time, and caused me to pass on other companies who might have lived up to their promises when I have a tight deadline. The only positive here was how great and experienced (Reggie?) was. He apologized profusely

This was the best experience we have had. I highly recommend Roland who did an outstanding job and was a pleasure to do business. The carpet looks new and smells great. We have four dogs so you can imagine the wear and tear ...just amazing that our carpet looks brand new. We will be calling again and will ask for Roland. Thank you so much. :)
