I had the BEST experience with you guys today. Daniel, the guy that came out, is 100 percent on point. He was prompt, professional, courteous and did not stop until he got our unit fixed. (after our current HVAC provider failed TWICE) I'm beyond thrilled. I've been without heat since the 2nd week of November. I'm looking forward to making Relief Heating & Cooling our permanent HVAC providers for our business and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I own a business and it was 88 degrees inside. I called other places and they could come in 4 days. I’m having surgery tomorrow and as the owner needed this fixed ASAP. I called Relief and they came out on time. Diagnosed the problem, presented my options and once I picked what I wanted. In under 30 min we were comfortable and work resumed as usual. Thankful they came out when others turned me away. So pleased that I signed a maintenance contract and will see them again soon. Prompt. Professional. Reasonably priced. Very pleased. I reached out to relief heating & cooling in November 2020, after my AC went out during the fall. I spoke with the receptionist, Nicole & she was very warm & welcoming. She informed me what would need to happen first before having my unit serviced. Matthew came out & was very professional & honest about what needed to be done. I can’t describe how dissatisfied I have been in Relief Heating & Cooling. Our York unit is 3 years old, and is still under a parts and labor warranty. When the unit stoped working and our coil begin to freeze we called the company that had originally installed it(Relief) and spoke with Matthew. We spoke several times and they assured us they would… come check it out and fix our issues. We were even told that this problem should not be happening with a unit that is only 3 years old.
