Would you like to pay $2300 for a yard full of weeds? Then you should definitely hire CM Landscaping. I hired this company in April for a yard clean up and grass replanting. They were indeed punctual and the yard clean-up went smoothly. I explained that a lot of the top soil had been stripped and that loam would need to be applied before grass and fertilizer. Elio said he understood. When I arrived home, the yard clean up was completed well. However, he had spread approximately 1 small bag - about $10 worth of loam on a few spots on my yard. I was dubious that it would support grass but he assured

Great guy and crew! Came and talked about what my needs were, set a date, they came and did a great job with spring clean up, mulching, fertilizing, overall clean up of my yard!
We also have another job booked with him in a few weeks to do the backyard as well! Would highly recommend!
So I am editing this as we had another job booked with Maynor for the backyard to grade, level, re-seed, fertilize, pretty much a make over for our back yard. It's been 2 weeks now since he finished the job and the backyard is filling in AMAZING with the grass. We did have weeds here and there although that is due
