I can’t say enough good things about Roof Commander! We hired them to repair and clean our roof and they did a fantastic job. Our recently purchased home’s roof had years of dirt and algae on it that is all gone now. The roof is CLEAN! It looks like a new roof!! While they were cleaning our roof, six of our neighbors stopped by to ask about getting their roofs cleaned. Roof Commander uses a soft cleaning truck mounted system with a biodegradable solution that removes the dirt and kills the algae. There is no harmful pressure washing. Everything worked out well. Roof had a lot of damage and issues . many unforeen. They took Command of any issues thatpopped up to ensure my roof was safe and sound for many years to come. I now don't dread hearing it is going to rain. And can enjoy the pitter patter of the rain drops again.

Our salesman Mike, was great. We gave him a deposit of half of the estimate, and they were supposed to hold until we got a check from our insurance company. They tried to cash it so we got stuck with a 40 dollar return fee. The roofers didn't show up the day Jenna said they would be here. The roofers do not speak English and when they were throwing the heavy bags of shingles around they cracked our drywall. We have cathedral ceilings that we made sure they were aware of but they ran a nail through our ceiling anyway. Good thing I was home at the time or we would have a huge problem!! They don't

I accepted their quote only because we knew their salesman, Alec, and based on the fact that he is very profesional and honest person, we felt good with our decision.
Between having to change colors selected 3 times(because they were out of stock each time), having damage to our driveway after we told them twice not to bring a heavy truck, damage in our kitchen ceiling, to..finding out Alec was fired; I have nothing else to add.
The owner called and offered a credit- never got it. But; the owner of the trucking company at least was extremely

We built a >1 million dollar custom home in Bella Collina and used Roof Commander. Within 1 year of completion we had roof leaks. Called and spoke directly with the manager and he told us he would charge us to come and inspect the work his company did! We later found out that there are at least two other homes in Bella Collina- both more expensive than ours- that have serious problems with roof leaks by this same company. One of the other homes was built by a builder Phoenix Homes that went out of business, but used Roof Commander. On that technicality Roof Commander told those poor people that

New to the area, and a new (to us) house, we needed the roof replaced. Within two weeks of signing the contract, they had our permit approval and the shingles delivered. The installers worked hard to get the job done despite the heat. In a couple of days the roof was finished and final inspection completed. The shingle is energy star rated and the roof looks great.

Our house is 10 years old and we had Roof Commander come out and give us a re-roof quote and the Roof Commander said we do not need a re-roof at this time. I had 2 other roofing companies said I will not get 2 years out of my shingle that the shingle is that bad. My wife found the company very polished and professional. That carries a lot of weight with me since she is in sales her entire career.

AWFUL customer service. We used them last July for a roof repair and called them again in January when we started having issues again. They said they were too busy to take a look at the issue even though the work is under warranty. We finally went with another company who said that it was a structural issue and something Roof Commander should have caught back in January. Since it was going to be a big project I wanted to have Roof Commander provide a second opinion but after weeks of phone calls and emails they still suggest I go elsewhere after a very unpleasant phone call in which the sales manager

Was nice talking to the older gentleman, was very professional, knowledgeable of many things, and a good salesman. However, as good as they were, wanted a somewhat outlandish amount of $14k+ for a job I had gotten quotes for in the $7,500-$9,500 range. Wanted to offer a warranty plan and was selling me on the idea that they had some certification that other roofers or contractor's in the area didn't have, which might be so, but I can't remember the name of the certification off hand. Seems very professional though, like they don't make mistakes, and everything is legitimate
