Our experience with TSpark, who replaced our roof, was entirely positive. We discussed the specifications and cost in detail, and the roof was brought up to current codes with up-to-date technologies to improve air flow through the attic space. Billing was a breeze, and the crew replaced the roof in one day, plus some time to clean up the following day. The company communicated frequently with me through the whole quote, contract, and replacement period. I'll be consulting TSpark about household construction projects in the future.

Travis and his team are the best! They had a long list of repairs following hurricane damage and I am beyond happy with everything. I have a beautiful new kitchen, my roof is fixed, and I was able to move on with my life thanks to Travis. He is on speed dial for all my future projects.

Having a roof shingle replacement is never a "good" experience and throw in Solar Panels and it can get complicated. Travis worked with me to smooth out the process and made some valuable suggestions. The Roof turned out beautiful and the solar was back online in good time.

We had a leak in our roof and needed a new roof. They came out and fixed the leak first, free of charge, as they could not come and renew the roof right away. When they did come and replace the roof everyone was pleasant and professional. Because I have horses they came back to make sure all tacks were picked up. Roof is looking great. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this business!

Prompt response to phone contact, fair prices. Was quick to start and finish job. Used, twice so far, to replace two roofs and repair on outside chimney structure. Very aware of doing the work correctly and corrected problem that caused the wood rot. The work involved skylights and some flat roof areas. Very pleased with process and results. Will use again.

I can't imagine there is a better company in Tallahassee. My commercial Business which is under a pending sale had a significant water leak and Travis detected the problem immediately had someone there within two days to fix the problem and totally waterproof the wall where the water came in. I needed quick service to save my sales and he understood that!
He gave me a quote quickly, constantly kept me updated and performed as he indicated he would. Totally professional, knowledgeable and considerate of my problem.

Had him come out to my mother's house to give an estimate and gave him the insurance company's scope of work with the prices redacted. He refused to give me a bid without knowing what the insurance was going to pay. Despite telling him I already had the insurance check and owned the building free and clear, he accused me of trying to make money on the insurance claim. I explained to.
