I’m a local REALTOR and one of my clients installed the thermostat incorrectly after removing the Nest. We didn’t realize this until the buyers inspection report showed that hot air was blowing when it was in cool mode. Thankfully these guys were able to come out and get the wiring corrected the same day. The new homeowners will be happy to know that we had professionals come out and to find out what was causing the issue and took care of it.

I signed-up for the maintenance plan with NSG (Summer and Winter preventative maintenance) and have had two appointments so far. They are professional, prompt, communicate well, and do good work.
Juan is great to work with and willing to answer my questions help me understand everything going on with my system.
I get notices when they are on the way, and they reliably show up for appointments when scheduled.

The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. I was able to call and get plenty of information in a professional manor. The owners, Maria and Nick, made sure to get me on the schedule right away. The tech Christopher was on time and very quick to get things started and fixed. I called them late in the evening and they answered right away. I had an appointment first thing in the morning and they kept me updated on their arrival time. My security company broke my ac unit and Christopher was diligent in locating and identifying the issue. I’m back with cool air again!! :) . I would definitely use them again and recommend NSG.

I called to get a quote on replacing my HVAC system and Nick came out within two hours of that phone call to look over everything and provide a quote. His price beat the others that I was quoted and he had availability to do my install just a couple of days after I accepted the quote. The installers showed up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. 100% recommend!
