Financing a home improvement project is easy with our third party financing options. We have many options available from 12 months interest free to improvements that are assessed as a property tax. Big Blue Plumbing and it's employees are not tax or finance professionals and certainly recommend speaking with your own adviser to determine if these options are right for you.

The True Blue Club is a home maintenance package that helps owners protect their largest investment with scheduled maintenance and inspection.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all of your money. If our plumbers smoke or swear in your home, are not drug-free, do not use floor protection, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. If a repair fails in the first year, we will repair it again absolutely free.

Arrived on time within the window of time provided. I was able to make an appointment quickly. I tried working theough my warranty and they sent me a plumber that was trying to convince me to upgrade piping and spend thousands. Javier came from big blue and fixed the issue within 30 mins and cleaned up the area. The service was very professional and well worth not dealing with the incompetent companies sent through warranty.

Jaime was professional, pleasant, explained everything and the cost to repair toilet was reasonable. I was disappointed that it would cost +$200 to get a shower head installed while he was here, but that's company policy. I made an informed decision to not do that.

I am so glad that I called Big Blue. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. They explained exactly what to expect from the initial appointment. Augustin, the technician who helped us, exceeded my expectations with his patience and professionalism. It was a very hard job - a 100+ year storm drain system with no clear outlet - and he worked on it methodically and cheerfully explaining what he found every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend.

In addition to repairing a toilet and the kitchen faucet, Big Blue re-piped my duplex. The reason I chose Big Blue was they had come out previous to this project to inspect the lateral sewer line for the duplex and although I would have replaced the lateral, the technician said it didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated their honesty. The team that re-piped the duplex was polite, knowledgeable, and punctual. The tenants are happy with the increased water pressure and I'm happy plumbing problems with that building are fixed.
