We are a plumbing and heating contractor and service company that has developed a solid reputation of providing quality service at competitive prices. We employ 50 people on average and the health and welfare of our employees is important to us.

Vaughn's Plumbing & Heating Co. was established in 1963 by Vaughn & Lila Cross on the basis of providing the highest quality of work to residents in Sweetwater County. In the 1970's, Vaughn and Lila's three sons - Kevin, Kendall, and Kayle Cross began working for the company. During the next decade Vaughn's expanded into the sheet metal and service areas of the business.
Vaughn's Plumbing & Heating Co.'s installation department is trained and NATE certified on all equipment we install. We are a Lennox Premier Dealer and install many other top brands such as Daikin, Coleman Guardian, L.G., and Mitsubishi, Lochinvar, Burnham, Bradford White, Rheem, and A.O. Smith - among others!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. So I called Vaughn's Plumbing and heating company. They Sent 2 tech's to fix it. They did a bunch of Testing, Re wired the Electrical box, told me it was wired wrong but that they had fixed it and it was temporarily ok until I could get an electrician, Charged $250.00, so I paid and called electrician, the electrician said I could leave it or change it, but it was to code. I opted to spend the money and the electrician re did it. Water heater still did not work so they sent another tech and told me i would not be charged for the work since I had already paid. The new tech changed

Spent all day trying to find a plumber to help with varies problems in my house, after numberous messages to about 10 or more, all with no call backs, still waiting on those call backs, Vaughn's called back and said they could get me in early the following week. The technician, Anthony Rodriguez, showed up early and was very curtious even trying to stomp the snow off his feet before he proceeded into my house and calling me mam. I needed a hot water expansion done and a VERY OLD (17 years) osmosis system put in. He went right to work on draining the heater so he could put in the water system. That

We moved into a home in Green River during the summer months. When winter came, we turned our (2 year old) 100k btu gas furnace on. It would turn on and off 3 times before throwing a code. Had Vaughn's come out to fix it. They replaced all internals to the furnace - system board, switches, sensors, pump, etc and charged us over $1000.00. The problem persisted. The came out again and this included a "scope" of the exhaust and intake systems (they said they found nothing). They charged us another large bill $$$.

Our furnace went out late in the evening. We called and their expert and I tried troubleshooting it over the phone. I could not figure it out, so they had a service technician over first thing the next morning. While the technician was at our house he did courtesy checks on all of our gas appliances. (Water heater, furnace, fireplace). The technician found our furnace was not functioning properly and tagged it unusable due to fire danger and carbon monoxide levels. I then called Keaton and Gavin to find out what my next steps were. They promptly got me a bid on a replacement that was far less then

This company is garbage, don’t waste your time. I had them out last Wednesday because my kitchen sink wasn’t draining. They came to my house without a snake and instead poured a liquid down the drain to see if it would unclog. That didn’t work so they went back to their building to get the snake. Technician later called from their building and told me the other plumber had the snake and that he would be back out in 2 hours to finish the job. I didn’t hear from them at all until the following week on Monday when I CALLED THEM to have them come back out to finish what they started. Appointment
