Fox Valley Hardscapes did a wonderful job of replacing our old and outdated patio that was in disrepair. Fox Valley Hardscapes (FVH) did an excellent job with repair and maintenance of our brick paver patio. We actually had to replace a window well, and Eric and his team had to first take out the brick pavers to provide enough room for the window well company to dig out and replace a new window well. FVH then came back and replaced the pavers, fixed several loose pavers, and aligned a few dipping areas to prevent water puddles. They then power-washed, sand and sealed. They came back for touch-ups due to settling of the area near the window well, but given his one year warranty, that gave me the confidence

We are extremely happy with our new Patio and Privacy Arbor through Fox Valley Hardscapes. The process was quick, easy and the results are gorgeous! I had called on a Saturday morning, we had plans completed by that afternoon and agreement signed by the end of the weekend. The patio was completed a couple of weeks later and they built a beautiful corner arbor to finish the project. I have received so many compliments from our neighbors and family and look forward to enjoying ourselves all summer. From the beginning when I called the team was quick to respond and able to tackle the project in a timely manner. We purchased our home 2 years ago and the garden was a mess. Rotting boxes and uneven soil. The team removed all of the debris and leveled out the garden nicely. I look forward to working with them in the spring to install a railroad tie border and boxes in the garden. Highly recommend!

Eric and his crew are extremely professional and do quality work. There are paver patios and there’s the ones these guys do with proper layering of drainage gravel and sand and using edging that will keep the patio intact and maintenance free. If you want great work, give them a shot.

I hired this company to power wash and reseal about 2300 sq ft. of paver surface at my home.
As they proceeded to work I sited some carelessness working practices with latter quality problems.
The quit the project become they said they we are losing money. I have paid them $1500 or the $4600 that they quoted. I also have to get more people to help them which I paid over 300 dollars
They quit and left the job with dangerous stripper allover the pavers.
Here are the issues I had with this company.
* General carelessness while working. Complained the first day and continuously.

Who would have thought building curves would be so challenging! I interviewed three different patio construction companies and New Era Scapes was the one company that could fulfill my request. In the planning stage, he took my sketches and provided me with photos of previous projects he had done in the past to demonstrate his ability to deliver my requests.This was a project I had researched for over a year, looking at a multitude of landscaping books and visiting with other folks about their patios. I am truly pleased with my patio and the service New Era Scapes provided.
