This was the third contractor we contacted (the first two left us hanging) to try and get our tree damage to the house repaired from last November. Everything was going well at first until the work began. We expected a lot of noise due to the amount of work being done but when the workers were dropping heavy rolls of roofing onto the roof boards, it actually caused cracks and small breaks in some of the drywall inside the house. I also noticed that they didn't cover much of an area with tarps to catch debris being blown off the roof and, having dogs, I was concerned about the used nails

Pro Restoration provided a great service to restore my home after a hail storm. They made the process very easy and stress free for me. Eric did a great job working with the insurance and keeping me informed every step of the way. Their crew was very polite, punctual, and they cleaned up after the replacement very well! I couldn’t be more happier with the entire team at Pro. Eric Palm really was professional and was Ana amazing help from the beginning. Him and his team really worked hard to get my house fully approved and make sure the work was done in a timely matter. 8 months of fighting the insurance company and they never gave up. Full roof replacement and a full siding replacement in the end. Roll with Pro!
