This company was hired by the city of Sheboygan to grind 3 tree stumps in front of my house. I was told this would take 1 week. That was 4 weeks ago I’ve called multiple times each time the lady on the phone tells me it’ll be done by the end of the week. I have no off street parking and they have destroyed my grass. I would not recommend to even shovel snow. Worst landscape company I’ve ever dealt with.

So after asking a crew member about when there mess would be picked up from our yard was told the next day. A week later (still not taken care of) I called and spoke to a female who again said it would be taken care of the next day and yet again wasn't. waited almost another 2 weeks and call was refused but someone (who wouldn't answer to my question who i was speaking with) responded by text messages. Then decided to totally try and pass the buck saying it was a different company that did the work however I had pics of the company truck with their name on it when they were here doing the work

Contracted with them to remove some tree stumps, and regrade our entire yard so water would run towards the ditch. It involved killing all the grass, bringing in some dirt, and reseeding everything. When they were done on the first day, the area that was completed seemed fairly level and tapered away as we wanted. They were no signs or clumps of the old grass in the area. The only problem is that the dirt that was brought in was full of stones. They hauled away a full truck of dead grass and dirt.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Ron of Parm's Landscaping two weeks ago. What a GREAT experience! We have been having issues with several trees on our property and he was able to diagnose the problem and make several suggestions on how to rectify. We were so impressed that it wasn't his goal to sell us anything, but to educate. Would HIGHLY recommend Parms! We recently moved to the area. We have Parm's service to maintain our challenging lawn and they do a wonderful job. We needed some landscaping done. We contacted Dave who had some wonderful ideas and was open to our thoughts. Came up with a plan and the team, including Eric and Travis, did a wonderful job getting it done! I have used them in the past with good results. But something changed. This time I wanted a tree removed and then replaced with new one. After several weeks they came to remove tree, which they did but left a two foot high stump. The tree they brought was half the size I wanted. I canceled the new tree and then had to wait another couple of weeks until I got the stump ground out, and they left a mess in the street for me to clean up. Will not recommend nor use again.

I hired Parm's to take care of a tree that had fallen on my house during a storm. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The initial call to the dispatcher was pleasant and informative. The assessor arrived promptly later that afternoon and completed his estimate swiftly. This was a Wednesday. He initially told me that because of the volume of work they were getting because of all of the storm damage that they couldn't come out until Monday and that it would take more than a day to complete the work. Terrible customer service. Called in early March to set up a large landscape job and lawn treatments for our decently sized yard. They came right away to take a look and discuss what we wanted done. Never returned a phone call, or email after that and consistently were not able to get ahold of anyone to even give us an estimate for the work we wanted. However in early May they showed up two different times completely unannounced and did lawn treatments and then billed us for them. We didn't even know they came until we saw the aeration done. Even after that we couldn't even get a return
