Green Clean VA is a local and family owned business based out of Richmond, VA. Company was opened in 2002 out of a garage of a parent's home of the owner. Since then the company has grown to have 4 locations in Richmond, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville and Washington DC. Two more locations will be opening up in 2018.

I was quoted a price for service cleaning and carpet repair. At no point in my reservation phone call was I informed that price varies based on the service persons view of the job. Not only that, they asked for payment before the job was even completed. Took it upon themselves to clean more then what they were asked to do and charged me for it, and the carpet still does not look that great. And, they charged me 200 dollars more then I was quoted..

I was very satisfied with GREENCLEAN. They were on time , professional and did a quality job. Koss was very helpful in explaining the process for my rooms. I clean professionally and have used them before in clients homes. Now I finally have a carpet cleaning company I can recommend to others. All good results and very nice employees.

I had them clean this past Friday, bottom line worst carpet cleaning service I ever had. I specifically asked to clean my daughter's room which I can understand if ink or permanent stains couldn't come out. But dirt stains not coming out not acceptable. I would have pointed this out immediately but the tech told us not to go upstairs for a couple of hours. He also double shampoo the basement carpet so he said which it didn't need it nor did he asked if I wanted that done. I knew it wasn't a good sign when I noticed the tech did the upstairs in less then 15 mins 2 bedrooms

Beware of the classic bait and switch. A special was advertised for $99 power wash for a two story house-no further information was provided in the ad. I was quoted that same price when I called to set the appointment.
When the "technician" got here he told me the house alone would be over $750 and that the patio and fence would be well in addition to that. I went from thinking maybe $300 total to over $1000! SCAM. The tech told me I should have known or asked-but, not being in the power washing business-how was I to know WHAT to ask?

I rarely leave reviews, unless I have something good to say, but this was bad enough to leave my first negative review ever. When I booked the job, I explained the scope and was provided a price of $60 - which seemed reasonable for 30sf of carpet and a love seat. When the technician, Sam, arrived he immediately started complaining about the job being too difficult (the area was too small so it was harder to work with apparently). He pushed back on every aspect of the project and then upsold me on "pet treatment" and "de-odorizer". He trimmed the scope in half and charged

ZERO STARS! Terrible cleaning job. Left spots in the carpet. Was quoted $99 plus cost of stairs, bill was nearly $300. They came day before we left for vacation, was told verbally we had 6 months guarantee. Called them two weeks later after returning from vacation and finding the stains. They told us sorry, you only had 7 days to call. Never use them!

Got house power washed yesterday and I'm sitting here having my morning coffee looking out dirty windows. Money down the drain. Still have few stains on house that tech says, he couldn't get out. I've gotten worse mildew out with dawn dish soap and garden hose.
I wish we would of found the company that power washed our home a few years back. House was clean clean and windows was clean and clear. I'm so disappointed... I hate wasting money.

Generally nice service team. But ultimately the quality of cleaning was very poor and unhelpful when hired to remove pet odors from a couch.
Instead of providing deep cleaning service requested when booking appointment, they just vacuumed and sprayed deodorant over couch. This offered no long term assistance in removal of smells. So just waste of money.
Would not recommend for pet owners or such, unless looking for basics vacuum and wet wash.

Company called me one hour before my scheduled cleaning and canceled the appointment with no explanation, after I'd taken the day off work and spent time moving items so the carpets could be cleaned.
After coming here to write my review and reading others' experiences, perhaps I'm better served by never having this company enter my home.

This company did major damage to our siding on our house doing a simple gutter cleaning! This was done in March and they promised to repair it and have yet to do so! I am so angry I hired them. Be very cautious, the people they sent did not seem to know what they were doing. Green clean, you damaged our home and couldn't even clean our gutters!!! You came to our house didn't do the job we paid you for and damaged our property- you need to fix it it's your responsibility!!!

Fraud company - Worst experience with this company and their manager & representatives (Bob, Jose and Adam)
I called up this company from ValPak and scheduled a power washing of the house and deck. The person who came & did the job was Adam.
He offered me that his company can do deck paint job as well. He called someone at his office and gave me a quote of $385 and took $50 in advance.
After he went back, next day when I saw the deck it was green at many places, that tells me that he did not do the job correctly.
Then again, no one showed up ever for deck paint. I followed up and

If negative points could be given, I will. Do not use this company. I made a big mistake without listening to the other review. They sent a guy to clean my carpet. But the tech does not even know to drive and cause extensive damage to my property. They refused to take responsibility and claimed they will contact insurance. Nobody contacted me during a week worthy of time. For god sake's find a reasonable excuse.

I have used Green clean recently and am completely satisfied with the service i have received. I had them clean my carpets in my entire house as I just moved in. Carpets look great and customer service was exceptional.
