We were in need of a solution for a gutter drain issue on our roof. I contacted Safeguard Exteriors and Ricky got in touch with me and he was very quick to come out and look at the issue and provide a suggestion. We agreed with the suggestion and he quickly squeezed us into his schedule and got the issue resolved. Very accommodating and easy to work with and very professional. He got the job done and we were pleased! Would 100% contact Ricky and this company again. You can't go wrong!

Pros: Friendly staff, good price, and quality product.
Cons: 2 week install window ended up at 2 months. Generic 30 day follow-up email sent at 90 days and still no personal follow up. This is after I attempted to contact the business because the primary issue they were called to resolve, water running down the face of a window and causing damage, was not resolved as guaranteed by their work.
To date, still no resolution. I would not recommend Safeguard Exteriors.

We are very happy with our new roof by Safeguard Exteriors. We chose Safeguard because they offered a competitive price and lifetime warranty. Sonny and Ricky are really knowledgeable and took the time to answer our many questions both before and after installation. The company uses quality materials, provides superior workmanship and firmly stand behind their service. Plus, the new roof looks great.

Trustworthy, Helpful, Courteous, and kind. Sonny and his team were amazing. When you need a job done and done right, with attention to detail I strongly recommend Sonny and SafeGuard Exteriors of Va. Contacted Safeguard about some much needed roof repairs after all the high winds we've been having. Sonny came out, took a look, and set up a date/time to get the roof repaired. He knew exactly what was needed as far as shingles and showed up at the date/time agreed upon. The work was very well done and there have been no problems with the roof. I would highly recommend Safeguard Exteriors to friends/neighbors/relatives who need roofing work done. I will use them again in the future if needed.
