Called them almost 3 weeks ago and the secretary says the guy that does the estimates and quotes was out of town but would call me back hopefully within the next 4 to 5 days. she took all of my information and ideas about the kind of garage I wanted for the purpose of passing it on to him to get a quote. While I waited for a call back I decided to try to contact Admiral's Bank (that's who they use for financing) the link on their website takes you to admiral's site where it says the site is not active. so, I tried to call Admiral's bank by phone to get the financing squared away. what a joke that

Michael seem to be a very nice person and I was expecting a quality built garage. Ended up with carpenters who slapped everything quickly together. They did not seem to care about quality and did very rough carpentry. My brother-in-law said they did a great job on his garage but after seeing my, he apologized to me for recommending them. Wrote Michael a letter with my complaints and final payment, never heard from him. Very disappointed with this garage.

Michael Roebuck and his team are the professional individuals you have been looking for. Mike worked with me to get my garage built on a shoe string budget. I am extremely happy with the final result. I had a 24x32 ft garage built. He pulled the permits completed the job. Their prices were 45% lower than the competitors. I highly recommend Grand Garages.
