He returned my call promptly and fit me in on a very busy schedule where other plumbing services were not taking new customers or were at least two weeks out for service. Like also made a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. Alan came out to make the repairs, was on time, very good to work with and professional. He found and made quality repairs quickly,

I can’t express my thanks enough to Luke and everyone at Burnett Plumbing Company. I needed work done quickly as my kitchen sink was unable to be used. They found a way to get to my location in the same day when other competitors had said “three weeks”. The work was done quickly and effectively and I was back up and running in less than a half hour. Great people to work with, great service, reasonable charges and now an appreciative and loyal customer.

Luke was fantastic to deal with as always. Very responsive and willing to accommodate my tight timeline on needed repairs made before the home closing.

Unfortunately we didn’t have as good of an experience with Burnett Plumbing as the previous reviews. We had a few different things repaired that required multiple visits, it started with poor communication in getting back to us on scheduling appointments. When work was completed, a small on demand water was suggested and even installed to find later the water heater required larger wire and and bigger breaker. This wasn’t disclosed prior to installation. So we had to hire an electrician at our cost to upgrade what was necessary to operate the new water heater. The quality in work was great

We had a plumber come out to fix a toilet leak. When he was done I asked how much we owed him. He said we would get an invoice. Well we got one for over 240.00! . We were astonished at the price. My husband said he made a payment online. Later a gal. Called and said she would check her records but they couldn't find payment. I called later on and they said she no longer works at company. I told this new girl what happened and she said we didn't owe anything on bill ! We were so happy and grateful as my husband and I are very disabled. Later on the owner called us. They came out and replaced shower valve which was an obsolete off brand so there were no replacement parts available. Instead of just staying sorry can’t fix it, they did their research and figured how to fix it. Had to cut the tile to get to the leak and they found a backplate to cover that and then replaced everything with Delta products. So pleased no leak and it looks great. While he was here I was talking with my husband in the other room wondering if this would fix the issue of backwards hot/cold issue meaning hot comes out when pointed to cold and vis versa.
