Very pleased with my backyard renovation from Creative Visions Landscaping. Rich designed and created a space for our family to enjoy for years. This has to be one of the worst experiences that we have ever had. Had someone come out to give us an estimate well over 6 weeks ago. Sent an email to them after 2 weeks only to find out that they had a family issue arise but they were working on our bid. We sent another email on the 1st of this month following up and still no response. I live in New Braunfels and try to keep my business local as I work here as well. It is hard when the service is so poor. If this is the way that they treat customers before a job ever starts I can only imagine what other issues will arise.
