TNT is a solid company. They are prompt and professional. Daltton came out to give me a quote on a gas line removal. It was more than I wanted to pay and ultimately didn't move forward, but he was straight-up and honest. I would contact them in the future for work.

I waited to write the review until we started getting 20 mph winds to make sure their repairs worked. They installed a vent cap on my water heater so the wind would stop blowing out the pilot light. Works perfectly. They are a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for and their tech's behavior, speed and quality were worth it. Will use for next plumbing issue.

Tyler and Connor did an excellent job of replacing my heating system—and they were quick! Tyler even brought me some portable electric heaters to use while the furnace was being installed. Very thoughtful! Will use TNT again and recommend them to friends.

I have never taken the time to write an actual review on any company but if I could reach everyone in our town I would want them to know how amazing this company is. Credit needs to be given where credit is due. Recently, I found my floor wet in a downstairs bedroom and learned it was from a clogged pipe. Of course this all played out on a Friday night. Just had my hot water heater replaced today, and it was accomplished quickly and professionally, and the price was quite reasonable. However, what made it a really good experience was the technician, Alex. He was so, so kind and accommodating to me and my daughter, took the time to explain everything he was doing, and was really straightforward with me about the situation with my old water heater. Very polite, and very patient with my curious toddler. Experiences like this make it easy to become a return customer.

From the first phone call to TNT through the completion of the job, was superior to any other companies and servicers I have used. I was treated very professionally and respectfully by a fine group of people. The job went exactly as I was told it would. I am so happy that I was introduced to this organization, the cost was very fair, timeliness was right on, and service was great. From here on, my go to for household needs will be TNT. We had Alex out to diagnose a leak in our rental unit in a crawl space. Alex arrived on time and stated that to diagnose the leak it would be $337, for reference I called another popular plumber and their diagnose fee is $90. I felt that was high but went ahead with it. My husband was on site and was in the crawl space and showed Alex where is was leaking. My tenant told us that she could hear water when the outside hose was turned on. Technicians Trent and Tyler were on time, had great communication, and did a great install. They installed a quality high efficiency furnace & AC that replaced my 30 year old system. I also opted to install a high efficiency ductless mini split AC and heating system to cool upper floor rooms and control the room temperatures independently. They thoroughly discussed the options with me before scheduling, ordering and installing the systems. There was no pressure or up-sell. They wanted to make sure they provided what I thought was right for me after talking about the alternatives. I am very happy
