They replaced an old wheel valve on my main water line with a new ball valve plus a wifi remote shutoff valve. They came quickly and got everything done in about an hour, including helping thread the power line through my garage wall. Very professional, would definitely use again.

At first it looked like a water leaking from the base of the toilet, it turned out to be a sewer line rupture. On Time Rooter came to the rescue. Unfortunately they had to break concrete to get to the issue to repair. They really went above and beyond not only to repair the current issue but to prevent future issues as our pipes where 60 + years old. The crew was hardworking and dedicated to fix the issue. I would 100% would recommend On Time Rooter and Plumbing Guys

They are responsive and on time. The reason I gave 4 stars is they were so eager to leave for their next job after seeing water leaking from my garage ceiling. It seems like they fixed one problem and doesn’t care what caused the next one.
I totally understand making to the next job on time is important. But at least have some sympathy or curiosity when you see a leak, especially as a professional plumber, right? My personal opinion.
I really liked them before, but not this time. When you become busy, I guess some customers are not that important anymore.
However, they did stay upon my request
