Tim has been cleaning my carpets for 25 yrs and I've never had an issue. This time I am very disappointed. My carpet was soaking wet when I went to be and i couldn't put anything back in place til the next day, usually by late afternoon things are dry. I don't know what the problem was, maybe he needs new equipment. Either him or his helper put a big gob of hair in my toilet, I have trash cans in both bathrooms so I didn't appreciate that either. Next year I'll be calling someone else - my carpet looks terrible.....

Had our carpets cleaned by tim this week he did a great job 4 beedrooms plus two living rooms and hallways. Even cleaned our chairs that my golden retriever sits on all day he really Goes out of his way to keep customer's happy. Only used him for last 10 years and hes just as good as he was then. Would challenge anyone to find a better cleaner out there you wont. Thanks again and see you in about 6 months for another round. Thanks for your professional approach tim we all really appreciate your hard work and dedication to your craft.

The nice thing about this company is they got me in quickly and I didn't have to be present for my carpets to get cleaned. The bad thing is that when I returned home, I came home to blue hose marks on almost every corner of my house and even some chipped stucco. I had to use touch up paint just to get all the marks to go away. Carpets looked good though...

Our son recommended Premier Carpet Care based on an OUTSTANDING job they did on badly soiled carpeting in one of his rental condos. I'm pleased to announce that tradition continues as Premier Carpet Care recently cleaned 1,400 square feet of carpeting at our Escondido residence.

The cleaning crew, Mike & Kyle, arrived on time, were courteous and respectful, and left the carpeting sparkling clean--all for a very reasonable $160. Kudos to Premier Carpet Care for A JOB WELL DONE!

We had our carpets cleaned today by Tim and Mike, and WOW we are so impressed with the service, quality, AND price! It only took them about an hour to clean all the carpet in our house (1500 square feet) and it was so inexpensive compared to most other local carpet cleaners. It only costed us $109! We would recommend Premier Carpet Care to everyone, and we definitely will be calling them the next time we need our carpets cleaned!
