Our family has been using Custom Gardens for our lawn maintenance and landscaping needs for over a decade. They just get better each year. Terrible service and did not provide the services discussed. I met multiple times with them to discuss and review a landscape plan. I paid 50 % upfront. They gave vague time frames for completion. It was supposed to be a computer generated 3D layout.
After repeatedly asking for the plan over 2 months I was told one of the owners was at fault for the delay and that they couldn't produce the computer plan. They did eventually provide a hand written plan.
I went with another company as I lost faith in this company. I am now receiving invoices for payment for the balance.

We engaged Custom Gardens to renovate and convert our large front yard to indigenous plants and trees. They did an excellent job on schedule and on budget. In addition that they recommended modifications to our problematic drainage system and executed the modifications.I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Custom Gardens. We have used Custom Gardens for a major landscaping project and recently for mulching our yard, they did a good job on both. The workers who just did our mulch were pleasant to work with and they worked hard from the time they started in the morning until they finished, they didn't waste any time. We highly recommend CG for your landscaping needs.
