A&C Services is a small, growing, family owned company, that provides a full range of maintenance repair, and remodeling services for the surrounding areas of Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin, Muscatine and more. Our two owners have over 25 years of general building maintenance and remodeling experience, Universal EPA certifications, and 20 years combined HVAC experience. Allen Warson, Co-Owner of A&C Services, got his start in new housing construction. After a few years in the construction field he switched his skill sets to the field of building maintenance with a local property management company in the Iowa City area.
During his 6 years with this company he quickly moved to Maintenance Foreman in the first two years where he remained until 2004 When he accepted the Maintenance Supervisors position at Hawks Ridge Apartments. At that time, this complex was the first of its kind in the Iowa City area to specialize in student housing, with the individual style leasing.

This company did work on our house in 2020, and was selected by the prior owner before sale. They did not install windows according to standard installation methods. We now have 3 brand new leaking windows in our house.
Additionally, when asked about this, they did very little to remedy the situation and continued to place blame on the prior owner. However, they knew the approach they took was not ideal, yet they did it anyway.
Also, their responsiveness was very, very poor. They came out only 1 time to look at the window issues, and did not respond to calls/texts for months afterward.
