How to paint and which paint to use to paint the exterior walls of the house? When to paint the house's external walls, such as perimeter walls, facades, patios, and perimeters of the terrace or garden? What kind of technique to adopt between smooth or embossed finishing for a higher yield and what equipment is needed?

To paint and whiten the walls and external decoration, it is important to carefully choose the materials and equipment, and follow the steps correctly. Not all periods of the year are suitable for this type of intervention; it is necessary to avoid days of strong wind and rain; therefore, it is not recommended to choose winter.

In this period, the continuous rains and humidity do not allow the paint to dry evenly and have excellent hold. Newspapers, adhesive tape, and gloves are used to not dirty the floor and protect your hands. Brush: this is necessary for the preparation of the wall, to restore the optimal conditions. Before you arm yourself with a brush and paint, it is important to decide the type of finish you want to give to the walls.
Services
We intend to provide help in the design and exterior paintings of buildings conceived according to the criteria of building and living. Due to the different working conditions in practice, this advice on guarantees of any kind cannot be ignored. It illustrates the many possible uses of the products.
Precisely for this reason, painting for exteriors is different from that for interiors as it must have a greater resistance to bad weather. Doing an exterior painting is usually not difficult, but it can also take a long time, especially if the preparation steps are not carried out. A very important preliminary step is to make sure you are working in complete safety.
The facade is the business card in a building! A perfect facade is not only very beautiful to look at. A facade treated with the right products protects the wall from the effects of temperature and atmospheric agents. Facades are subjected to increasing stresses, especially in urban areas with a high concentration of buildings.

Addendum: restaurant closed permanently.
I've really come to like this restaurant over the last year. I do a lot of professional recruiting, and this has become one of our go-to dinner venues for visiting recruitment candidates. The food is solidly good, if not exceptional, but what I mostly like is the atmosphere. It is light, with large glass windows that bring in a lot of natural light during the day and early evening, and it is not too loud so that dinner conversation is very easy. There is nice outdoor seating for when the weather is good, which allows diners to enjoy the quiet local neighborhood

My husband and I were looking for something locally sourced and fresh. Sea Salt did not disappoint. This is not your trashy Olive Garden with free breadsticks to fill up on because the food isn't good enough. We have driven passed the cute little restaurant many times and decided to give it a try. The service was amazing. Our server was an Italian native and we depended on him for his advice for what was good. The ambience was light and airy for such small space. The decor was classy white woodsy with marble accents. The staff was clean and crisp. We started the night with their Carpaccio di Manzo

RIP. The corner is dead once again. I pray something cool and nice will move in. Those four corners are the best kept secret of the benches. Eggs, Jolleys, Emigration. Now another dead corner. So sad to see.

Great neighborhood Italian food. The pasta was fresh, the sauces clean and flavorful. Loved the dining area. Service was attentive and helpful. Simple appetizers like cucumbers with olive oil and chili flakes reminded me what I like about well prepared food.

The building and decor were beautiful. There was an intermittent smell that detracted from the experience. There was no free bread and the appetizers were okay, but petty expensive. We were with a large group and appreciated that they did separate checks. Our waiter put in the wrong entree for my husband and offered to serve the wrong entree or have us wait even longer for food. We were not offered the entree for free or a complimentary dessert for the mix up. Overall food was okay, but didn't justify the price.

Wish I could have tasted my meal. It took an hour and a half to have bruschetta and a ceaser salad. We had a 6:15 reservation and it was only half full, we took our children and had to leave at 8 because we weren’t even close to getting our actual dinner. The servers were very understanding but even for “slow dining” this was way too extreme. And - it was SO hot.

I had a great experience. I came on a Friday night and it was seated almost immediately, they were very fast on receiving our orders. The names of the dishes are in Italian, but if you are familiar with the names of Italian food i.e. gnocchi it is easy to understand. They have a great environment with really good food that you don't walk away feeling like they have you to much but enough that you are satisfied. I would say that is a table cloth restraint and so not very ideal if you have young kids, but if you have kids around 9 or older then this is a pretty good place. I read a review that said

There was a random waiter trying to make us leave because I was companied with my service animal, while my service dog being well behaved in the diner! As a person with an invisible disability, I felt discriminated and disrespected. The reason I gave an extra star is that our waiter came back and resolved the situation and showed proper manner. I wrote a letter to the manager/owner of the restaurant several months ago reporting this issue. Have not heard back up to date. We have already reported this business to the Better Business Bureau.

This place was amazing! First off, the atmosphere. It's intimate, refined and open. We sat outside for a little while and it was lovely (then moved indoor thanks to flies). There is a bit of a wait for food because they make it from scratch, but definitely worth it. They have a nice selection of gelato you should try! And the rosemary cookie is to die for. This place is pricey, so be prepared for that. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. Loved this place!

Poor customer service! Our party of 12 sat for over an hour after we had ordered before they let us know they were out of gnocchi. We were one of the first ones in the restaurant for dinner and it was very questionable the way they let us know they were out of the house-made gnocchi at the beginning of the night. When our waiter, Nicholas, finally… let us know they were out of gnocchi he disappeared and didn't try to apologize or comp any of our appetizers. Another waiter, Sergio, came to apologize but didn't/couldn't try to comp anything or make anything right and there was supposedly

We had 12 people in our group and we were all very disappointed. It was very hot. The waiter, Nicholas, was very rude and snappy with a couple people in our group. We don't speak Italian so of course we had a lot of questions. We got appetizers and we were waiting for 45 minutes for our food and then they come out and tell us there were out of… Gnocchi. Half of the people in our group order Gnocchi. We decided that we didn't want to wait another hour for more food so we told them we wanted to leave. They made us pay for the appetizers and didn't even offer a percentage off or anything. Not

I had enjoyed this place in the past, but this last visit was disappointing. Two out of the three entrees were served on very large platters with a huge pile of undressed arugula to compensate for the smaller entree portions. Smaller portions are, fine, but don't use oversized tableware and greens to hide your small entree. We ordered the salmon, and it was under cooked in the center. My companion was to embarrassed to send it back; she just picked around the raw meat. So I can't say how they would have addressed it. Some of the food was good, some of it was okay. The service was a little awkward

Service was awful and slow. The food was mediocre and I would rather eat at Olive Garden for better consistency and value. Despite asking for a dessert menu after waiting 20 minutes, they never came to take our order. Had to chase down the server to get the bill another 15 minutes later, while staff stood around chatting the whole time. Asked for a Coke, and it arrived 15 minutes later. Asked for bread to hold us over between a long wait for entrees, it never arrived. We left after two hours of delay, indifference by staff and mediocre food.

I have been to Sea Salt before many times and typically love the food, the service and the environment! I recently went again and was incredibly disappointed. I will not be returning based on this one experience. The food was far below my usual expectations and the service was a joke. We waited nearly 25 minutes just for our drinks and easily another 15 after that for our order to be taken all together. The restaurant wasn't full-all the tables surrounding us were empty. It also took abnormally long for our food to arrive and getting a dessert menu to look at took nearly 20 minutes after the completion
