AirTec services the units at my office and while I haven't always been happy with the techs they've sent, I think I finally found a good one! Jarred was out today and quickly figured out why our AC wasn't cooling. He was able to explain things in an non condescending way and reset the limit that our system tripped while in heat mode earlier this week. #DefinitelyIllinoisWeatherThisWeek Thanks for sending Jarred out today! Stopped into their office to schedule a spring tune-up and spoke with the manager, Ryan. I asked how much it cost and he said that they charge $55 per hour, but didn't have a tune-up price. I asked what's included in a tune-up, and he said whatever needs doing. Despite his icy and nearly rude stature, I asked to schedule an appointment. He said they'd call the next day and that was 3 days ago. I've called someone else, and so should you!
