Michael Regan, the owner and operator of Regan Total Construction LLC, has been working in the construction field since 1999 as a skilled tradesman and carpenter. With degrees in Construction and Business Management from the University of New Hampshire in addition to his practical training and skills, Mike is a uniquely qualified and highly professional Connecticut residential contractor.

Natural wood decks need to be cleaned and re-stained routinely to maintain appearance.
Shortly after I sent photos to Mike Regan of our decaying deck, he came and discussed what we wanted and made recommendations, and brought samples and models of different styles and colors of composite material. Very helpful was sending us to the lumber yard in Enfield which sold the materials where we could see full size examples of the products and visualize various colors, decks, stairs and railings.

Regan Total Construction tore down our old wooden deck and replaced it with this beautiful screened in porch. From the beginning to end, Mike Regan and his crew were professional, on time, conscientious, expedient and did beautiful work. During the planning stages Mike was really attentive to what my husband and were envisioning and drew up a plan that was exactly what we wanted. He listened and also gave feedback about the availability of different materials. Mike was very upfront about the timing of our project starting, and kept us updated when we found out our trex color we wanted was back

Mike Regan and team replaced a large two tier deck. Original deck was damaged by wind/tree. Mike is expert in working with insurance companies to ensure claim payout is appropriate. He's also great at working with you on material choices and design options. Offers great ideas but also listens to yours. Old deck demo and new deck construction were top notch. Teams were very hard working, very skilled, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and help understand how something was being done or going to look. Fantastic to work with. Overall outstanding experience. Would highly recommend

Regan Total Construction just removed our old deck and rebuilt it into an enclosed deck and screened porch. We could not be happier with the finished product and the service that they provided. They were all very professional and knowledgeable, from the beginning when Mike came out to discuss possibilities and give us a quote, all the way through the construction and the final inspection by the town. They came when they said they would, everyone worked hard to get things done, and their craftsmanship is excellent. And just as importantly, everyone was nice, and they were responsive to our questions

Regan Total Construction replaced all of our 14-year old decking and railings with TREX and we couldn't be happier with their work and the product! The team was awesome... on time, professional, very attentive to detail, and just generally nice guys. The quality of their work gives me confidence that this deck should last for a very long time. Mike (owner) was very professional and I was impressed by his proactive approach to providing any info on his business you would need to help with your decision. This company is a cut above the rest to work with. We had a fairly large project and it was done very quick & done with outstanding craftsmanship. The crew was amazing and the owner, Mike, was great to work with ,very professional and accommodating on helping me figure out the right project for my home.
