Wagner Roofing is a class act all the way. Amy was unfailingly kind and efficient. Mark came out promptly to give an estimate. He offered to come back the next day to put a tarp on the area of the roof where water was coming in.-- free of charge. (Another roofer was going to charge me $300 to put a tarp on.). Mark offered to do this even though we hadn't yet agreed to go with Wagner. And he did come back the next day and put that tarp on, which was a good thing because a few days later Hurricane Ida hit. That tarp was a lifesaver and prevented the house from sustaining more damage.

I highly recommend Wagner Roofing as they deserve their 5-star rating. Their price was very reasonable, their estimator Marc was honest and straightforward (he told me to wait to do our barn, saving us some money), Amy in the office always called right back and their team was efficient and very professional. Could not be happier with Wagner.
We needed a full tear off and new roof installed. The pricing was competitive and based on their local reputation it was a no brainer to book them. The crew came out about four weeks after we first had them out for a quote (which was the lead time they gave us). The guys were super polite, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. The roof is perfect and they cleared everything out so that the landscaping, yard, and walkways were pristine when they left.
Book them for all of those reasons, but more importantly, book them because of how they respond to problems

From free estimate to finished job, Wagner Roofing was absolutely the best. We've had a rainy summer, so scheduling the job was tricky but Amy in their office was so nice, and even called to say they were about a month behind because of the rainy weather and gave me a ballpark of when they would be there. Called Wagner Roofing to investigate a suspicious crack in my ceiling. The customer rep on the phone was polite and knowledgeable (a rare occurrence these days).
