We have had an issue with our plumbing since Monday, one of your guys was sent on Tuesday and couldn't find the issue (to his defense he tried for a good hour and a half to do so), he told us his equipment wasn't cutting it and we needed someone else, also that he would contact our property management and let them know. We finally call our… management today to find out they were under the assumption it was all taken care of since your plumber never contacted them.
