Not only is this company stellar at what it does, but the owner of this company has invested personal funds during this trying, difficult, and stressful climate to purchase any and all safety gear for his employees. I had my air ducts and vents cleaned by Memphis Clean today. I have used their services in the past to clean my home after remodeling my bathroom. I dropped off 2 Herman Miller fabric shell chairs to clean.I made two visits to pick up and they never were cleaned.They said they were waiting for chemicals that just arrived after three weeks.They next two visits nobody was there during business hours.The next visit which was close to two months after dropping off they loaded them in my van and said there was no charge for taking so long to clean.I took them out to my storage and saw that no cleaning was ever done to them.They wasted 2 months of my time and I now have to take them somewhere else.

Todd and his crew did a great job cleaning our hardwood floors. My husband and I thought our floors were ruined after a construction company we hired put a wax product on our floor as their way of clean-up. The floors were hazy, felt horrible, and had drywall dust trapped under the wax. We hired Memphis Clean after they test cleaned an area of the… floor for us. Todd gave us an amazing deal and didn't require we pay until we were completely satisfied with the job. My husband and I were quite picky with getting the floors back to their original condition but Memphis Clean got the job done

I believe this company has a bad attitude , the woman that owns the company ran me off the road twice she had no respect for anyone else she clearly didn't know how to drive the work van she didn't check in her… mirrors . When calling the number on the side of the van she flips me the bird then tells me to screw off she owns the company ! Now how is that for very professional ? Not very good manners or respect for other people considering your name is on the side of the van
