J&S Landscaping and Design is a full service, design, create / build landscaping company. We have provided exceptional service to the Triangle area and various surrounding counties since 1999. Mid to late February is the cut off for heavy pruning with good results. February is the time to apply pre-emergent and fertilizer to Fescue lawns. Once the Bradford Pears bloom we know the soil temps are increasing and weeds will start to germinate.

J&S Landscaping and Design is located in Granville County, just outside of Wake Forest NC. Our company was established in 1999 by Jonathon and Suzanne Smith, both graduates from North Carolina State University. Jonathon has an associates degree in ornamentals and landscape technology. Over ten years of lawn maintenance, IPM techniques, landscape and hardscape installation, and stone masonry have made Jonathon a well rounded technician.
