Michael Deale and Michael Nemeth founded DNA Contracting Inc. in 1999. Since that time DNA has served Nassau and Suffolk Counties (NY) as premier roofing specialists. We are professional waterproofing contractors specializing in commercial and residential roof installations as well as roof maintenance and repair. We are approved applicators of many of the leading roofing manufacturers but specialize in the application of Acrylabs, a fluid applied roof system.
Services
DNA Contracting installs, maintains and repairs all types of low-slope and steep-slope roof systems on commercial, institutional and residential buildings. We install and service fluid-applied acrylic membrane and single-ply EPDM (rubber) membrane roofs, as well as modified bitumen (torchdown and cold-applied), built-up roofing (hot asphalt) and standing seam metal roofing.
Since 1999, DNA Contracting has provided exceptional service and workmanship for all types of low-slope and steep-slope roof systems. This roof system is considered the "traditional" roof system and is fabricated on the job by applying alternating layers of roofing felt and hot asphalt. Tthis roofing system, a modern version of Built-Up Roofing, contains modifiers which improve the roof's flexibility and longevity.
