I called on Wednesday for a sofa cleaning and they were able to schedule me in for the next day. They we’re supposed to come between 12:30 and 2:30: I called around 1:15 to get an update on when the cleaner may get here and was told they will call me back. They called me back at 3PM and told me the technician would be there in 20 minutes. I tried to cancel since the time didn’t work for me. They tried to convince me not to cancel by offering a discount. I was placed on hold so the representative could check. After a long hold I hung up. I was called back a little more than 10 minutes later

Cleaned sectional couch to remove cat hair and dander. Rearranged the couch to a different side of the wall for me, which I appreciated. We’re very thorough and explained everything even took a video of how much dirt came out of the couch! Nice and professional guys, would recommend. Only downside is it took a while to get a time because they are busy, and they had to reschedule once. Otherwise great.

I used their cleaning services last December when i was shifting into my new home. I spent a month working on the residence and I wanted to have the carpets cleaned before I shifted in. I was overwhelmed with the work they fad done. The stain removal was commendable, price was also affordable. I strongly recommend!!
